Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that the products are unused and the seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided RMA label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
